All return must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. They must be in its new condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its return package with the mail return of the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Price will be refunded if item(s) returned are in its original condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return for a full refund or exchange . Allow at least five(5) days from the receipt of your returned item to be process. When the processing is competed we will notify you by email when your return/exchange has been completed.
